Designing the Perfect Mobile Push Notification

  The idea of allowing users to have preferences around notifications that are easy to understand and navigate is really important to me. I just really want to have agency around what notifications I receive and when. I don't want them to go away all together because I actually do like and use some of my notifications, but some of the user abuse that I suffer at the hands of unscrupulous companies who are either purposely obfuscating the process or simply don't have the resources to focus on that aspect of their marketing strategy is aggravating.
