- thehappypm 4y agoOverturning isn’t some new thing. And sometimes it’s hugely beneficial. Overturning precedent is how we got rid of separate-but-equal!
- InTheArena 4y agoOne can argue that the original Roe V. Wade had exactly this problem, and this is them fixing it.
- metadat 4y agoActually now SCOTUS just doesn't really mean anything, and no longer stands for anything consistent. They've undermined their own position.
