It's depressing to watch the USA continually fail to keep up with the progress of other first world countries. Often times even taking steps backwards like this.
There are so many actual issues deserving of this attention. In what universe is removing rights a priority?
- ceilingcorner 4y agoMost other first world nations have more restrictive laws on abortion. Yes, even Western Europe.
- InTheArena 4y agoYou are aware that the US position was maximalist and far in excess of all but 4 European states? Or that this doesn't actually make abortion illegal?
