I know this isn't DMCA abuse because the record labels have private agreements with youtube for speedy takedowns/demonetizations based on the label's word only. Ignoring how such preferential treatment could be considered anticompetitive, could this also fall under tort of negligent interference [1]? Just because they have an agreement with youtube, does not mean they can lie in their business dealings without consequence.
