- bediger4000 4y agoI dunno. The USA sets aside absolute free speech rights (fighting words, libel, slander, shouting fire etc etc) for a lot less. The author mentions enforcing 4th amendment as a way to keep police abuse down. The USA made 4A rights very, very narrow for a lot less benefit (basically to make law enforcement easy). I conclude this article is just special pleading for guns.
