CHD and ICAN have produced a bevy of FOIA requests that have utterly destroyed CDC's and FDA's credibility for anyone that has been interested enough to look into the topic. There was a FOIA request a few years ago (can't remember the name of the organization, search engines have buried these type of results) that the agency in charge of post-license safety review of vaccines has never conducted a single review since the law passed in the 80s or early 90s.
