That's simply not true, you can care about your own work standards and professionalism even when others don't care about theirs. "They did it first" isn't an attractive excuse, even if they did.
- js8 4y agoYou can, but then you risk burnout. We are social animals, we not only want to do the right thing, but the right thing also has to be supported by others. If it is not supported, most people will just give up.
- lupire 4y agoThat's fine, but do that on your own time or when working for a client that wants it and pays for it, not as a charitable gift to a capitalist.
