Absolutely hate reading job description seeing languages/libs/frameworks that aren't suitable for application the business is trying to accomplish. Apps where UI suppose to be light and fast? BAM, using the bloat view lib. Apps suppose to have minimal api surface, BAM, using unnecessary crazy query component in front of RDMBS. I just can't make myself apply for jobs these days. Bite the bullet and learn marketing bs stuff to sell my own software and no longer worrying about bullshit toolchain is probably a good trade-off.
