If I listen to music and create samples to be sold, is it theft?
- sirsinsalot 4y agoIf your aim is to produce music that is directly derived from what you listened to ... yes. And this has been tested in court time and again. AI isn't being inspired or creative, it is mass scale and mechanised bootlegging. To compare it to human inspiration is naive or wishful thinking.
