Congratulations on the launch. I find reviewing code on GitHub to be a pain too, so we came up with DiffLens (https://github.com/marketplace/difflens https://github.com/marketplace/difflens). DiffLens is only concerned with showing better diffs though, and doesn't handle comments on GitHub at all.
