I'm wondering whether we've reached a point where we need to tell people that quantum computers might one day be able to "break" their public keys (ie retreive the corresponding private keys) whenever we tell them to use them for sensitive use cases. The possibility was known for a long time, but now it doesn't seem crazy distant anymore.
