Ask HN: Native mobile app or web app?
Do most people prefer native mobile apps to websites these days?
Is this also the case on desktop (and I don't mean electron)?
- smoldesu 4y agoI love native apps if you publish a native version for MacOS, iOS, Windows, Android, Linux (Qt and GTK frontends, musl/glibc certified), OpenBSD/FreeBSD and Solaris. Or you could write the software just once, and simultaneously publish it to all of the aforementioned platforms. Your choice, though!
