- bsehl 4y agoThankfully Shopify has a pretty massive SEO team who we've been working very closely with. Static often doesn't work well for many parts of ecommerce — but we support both sub-request and full-page caching (More here: https://shopify.dev/custom-storefronts/hydrogen/framework/cache https://shopify.dev/custom-storefronts/hydrogen/framework/ca...) and we worked with Google to make sure we're doing the right thing from their perspective — this is the recommended approach, which we took: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/javascript/dynamic-rendering https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/javascrip...
