- MerelyMortal 4y agoIt was a different jet, they went to court, and lost, because it was unreasoble. Cars are given away all the time, so this is not unreasonable.
- 0des 4y agoI don't accept this. It may be fact but it damn sure ain't right.
- MerelyMortal 4y agoI agree. Pepsi advertised it as a prize, whether or not they would have made or lost money on delivering that prize is their problem, not the consumer's.
