How is this consumer focused? It seems to be intended for creators specifically (though perhaps not big corporate ones). Frankly this one of the few features they've added that I can understand the use of. Other than perhaps the way they've made it vaguely easier to 'ignore' a folder (though there's still at least 2 ways to do so, both somewhat inconvenient).
