I don't think this is new content though - it looks like this is all of the Second-Age writing brought together into one volume.
- tephra 4y agoIt is not new stories no but it is being edited to form a more complete story one could say. They usually provide some really good commentary by Tolkien scholars in these publications as well so usually well worth the money (note: completely biased Tolkien nerd).
