I don't consider that to be a comparable technology based pretty much on what goes in it to be vaporized. These are a lot closer to things like ultrasonic nebulizers for athsma/COPD medication. What gets me is the carrier substance. I think I heard propelyne glycol and vegetable glycerin in the lungs may have metabolic effects. Wonder what alternatives exist or are already being used in medicine now.
