- noduerme 4y agoWow. Thanks for the find. I had no idea about the residency requirements. I received the "neighborhood notice letter" the day they left the country 3 years ago, and just assumed they had worked out the permits. The problem is I don't like getting into conflict with neighbors, or making trouble for people. I try to be considerate even if I feel like they're not doing the same.
