    auction them to other states? paying a bulldozer to destroy something that could have monetary value and raise funds, does seem bit awful. Yes understand there needs to be a way to punish the act.

      That would be exporting New York's problem to other cities, such as Philadelphia where the same sort of scumbags would buy them. If these were illegal guns, would you support sending them to other states?
