Not sure why this circlejerk is so popular on HN, the facts do not support it in the slightest.
- sofixa 4y agoThe comment you linked has an extremely narrow focus, on proven deaths during the building phase. - prvit 4y agoYou’ve misread what I linked. None of the numbers being discussed are “proven deaths during the building phase” as you claim. All of these numbers are supposed to reflect overall mortality among immigrant workers, but they’re actually far too low to be accurate.
