- gnicholas 4y agoThanks! Sounds like it could be merely flavored by ginger (and made from fermented grapes/other fruit), or actually made from fermented ginger. Is that right?
- thematrixturtle 4y agoUnfortunately it can be either, the Chinese 酒 is often glossed "wine" but it's really just "alcohol".
