I've kinda always hated real estate in general... but I see it as a necessary evil. I hate the idea of trying to find a "great place" and then haggle for property and then find problems with the house, etc. Apartments solve a lot of these problems but then they come with their own cons. Sad fact is there's only so many beach houses, someone has to own them. Same applies all the way down to a "typical house."
