I use it both for personal and business email. It works exactly as advertised for me, to the point where I haven't the foggiest notion what I would do for email if I were to switch off of HEY. (I still pay for Fastmail to handle various aliases and forwarding tasks…but I think their web UI sucks so I'd have to switch back to…Apple Mail? Geez.) I have some qualms about how the company is run TBH, but as a service HEY has been rock solid and worth the money for what I need.
