As a productivity booster I think it’s worth more than $10. The licensing problems make it impossible to use at work so I won’t use it for that. People need to be aware of the security risks of letting microsoft read all your code as it’s sent to the servers copilot runs on. By my lights that’s almost as big of a problem as licensing.
