- ars 4y agoGet a new toilet. The modern (good ones - not all are good), pretty much never fail to do a proper flush, and they hardly ever clog. I got the TOTO CST743S, and it basically never fails or clogs - the handful of times a year that it does clog, you just wait 5 minutes, and then flush again and it's clear.
