This is a fun reminder that a MOSFET is useful as a transistor, a diode, and a capacitor.
- hulitu 4y agoAnd sometimes, as a fuse.
- jesuslop 4y agoAnd resistor. And if etched in spiral the should've inductance, so also coils.
- eternauta3k 4y agoAlso various types of sensors (magnetic, chemical, radiation...)
