Ask HN: What do you hate about the hiring new employees?

This is a pain point that I'm trying to solve, and one of the biggest complaints that I hear from smaller and medium sized businesses is that recruiters are worthless as they overwhelm you with irrelevant candidates, and Monster.com and others similarly flood you with under-qualified candidates. But for this community, what do you consider just plain bad about the recruiting/hiring process?
