“Code while I watch” is the worst.
- argiopetech 4y agoIf it were peer programming, that would be fine. I'm happy with peer programming. We'd trade off, I'd have a look at their style, get a feel for their culture, they could see how I drive and navigate... But, irrespective of how it's billed, it's always "code while I watch..."
