In Australia, I have been unable to find _any_ dumb TV's over 40" for sale any more. I've checked a variety of stores online and none offer them anymore. I managed to pick up a 50" 4K TV from 'Kogan' a few years back and was hoping to get a second (ideally larger) one. But alas. That's not an option. As alternatives. I believe it's possible to get sinage/display TV's which are still dumb (but much more expensive) and one could look at getting a huge 'computer monitor' as well.
