Either is reasonably fair Presentation of technical assignment to the team: That's just straight-up pay-for-the-time. If you've all come this far in the process, there must be some interest and it only seems fair. Also, why do you care what the team thinks? They're either on the initial phone-screen, or you really don't care what they think. Don't waste the team's time. If you really care, make that 45-60 minutes.
