+1 to all this. Plus, Jira *scales* - all the cutesy drag-and-drop tools are good for 100 tickets/issues/etc and then fall over. JQL and bulk edit are just war

+1 to all this. Plus, Jira *scales* - all the cutesy drag-and-drop tools are good for 100 tickets/issues/etc and then fall over.
JQL and bulk edit are just warming up at 1,000 tickets.
- sidlls 4y agoYou must have been using some alternate-universe Jira. The Jira installations I've had to suffer with fall over bulk editing a handful of issues. I've never seen a "bulk edit" like feature implemented as poorly as it is in Jira. It shouldn't take 15 seconds to complete a simple bulk edit of a handful (single-digits) of issues.
