Tell HN: Google is not responding for My Business account reinstatement requests

I've tried to reach Google to reinstate my google business listing profile after the incident https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=31777650 but for some reason they blocked my account and I can't even create a new account. Anyone had the issues before?

File a complaint with your state’s attorney general and the FTC. Provide all of the documentation regarding the issue you have to date.
