If management is like that, then time to move on. I’m guessing they also expect you to frequently work more than a standard working day (~8 hours).
It’s not the normal behaviour I’ve seen with most managers I’ve dealt with.
- eptcyka 4y agoThat's my whole point, yet people come here to talk about what kind of strategy they use to deal with such nonesense without acknowledging the Sisyphean task of appeasing such managers, which in turn implies validation of such practices.
