It is incredibly detailed (>1000 pages) and goes through exhaustive list of treatments for PTSD and complex traumas. Neurofeedback works great for physical traumas. I found some really good content for IFS[1]. It is probably something that would be good for all parents so they are careful not to pass traumas to their children.
