Now, it’s easy to assume sinister reasons, but maybe it’s just that he wants to build something that’s less of a toxic cesspool like Facebook and Twitter. I have good memories of Orkut - it outed me and my current wife to each other thanks to the crush list feature. Not every match was this lucky, but this one really was.
