- octoberfranklin 4y ago... which is why Land Value Tax should be the primary mechanism for funding the government. There really is no private land ownership in the USA. Stop paying your property tax and you'll find out who your landlord is. Raising and lowering that rent payment is the tool for balancing homeownership against what you describe as feudalism.
