This is the best legal system known to human history and everything is fine in the larger scheme of things, nothing to worry about and ... 2.) The system does in fact seem to have quite a few flaws, but these are unintentional, by coincidence, and they just "seem" to unjustly put the poor at a disadvantage, but this too is just an unfortunate series of coincidences and certainly not by the design of those who came up with the system in the first place
