- melling 4y agoI was under the impression that much of that is in military equipment. The United States spends $700 billion a year in defense. We spent a couple trillion in Afghanistan and it folded immediately. - mediumsmart 4y agoMakes sense if that region is going to be Russian. When Ukraine takes it back it can have Ukraine's Internet again. No biggie.
