I mean, is it? Apple Park cost $5B all-in per a quick web search. I can't imagine that parking was a huge amount of that cost. The land was about $160M (again, all-in, not just parking). Certainly that's a lot of money. But Apple's net income from the latest quarter, not year, is $25B. I don't know how much lock-in we should expect from ~1% of their annual profit.
