Apple has a ~53% market share when it comes to tablets and ~27% with phones [1-2]. I'm not an Android developer, so I don't know how hard it is to make an app responsive, but: Why isn't Google incentivizing developers to make their apps compatible? Better Play store rankings or similar. There has to be a lot of money to be made through the stores long term. It seems like only Samsung is trying to push the Android table sphere forward.
