Let me get this straight, you don't think she's pregnant, but she has the supporting documentation for pregnancy (from a doctor no less), and you think she'll manipulate data or sabotage without being able to prove it (in other words, without evidence). To me, it sounds like to me you've gone through the cognitive dissonance to justify her relegation to a shit job on the basis of her sex.
