One of the followups says:
« unfortunately aiui the rust foundation cannot due to its nature as a 501(c)(6); you can't exclude people from a trade organization. »
If that's true, maybe making a 501(c)(6) wasn't a bright idea.
- snowwrestler 4y agoA 501c6 can certainly decide what to tweet about. That is a separate question from just who can pay to be a member.
