This so called "French intelligence research center" is essentially the work of only one, pro-Russian person.
In February 2022, a few days before the start of the invasion, he claimed that “American spin doctors” have “staged a Russian threat and aggression that does not exist”

- wrp 4y agoThe person you are referring to, Éric Denécé, appears to be something of a conspiracy theorist. What I have seen from him directly hasn't been impressive. The site hosts articles from several authors and it's not clear how closely associated they are with his think tank. Jacques Baud doesn't appear to be part of his inner circle.
