In French, but Google Translate works well. COL Jacques Baud is former Swiss military intelligence, and worked several years for the UN and NATO in Africa and Ukraine. In the Ukraine, he monitored flow of weapons into Donbas and advised in management of Ukrainian forces. He has written several books on politics and military intelligence.[1] I'm not sure what to make of him. He undeniably has considerable relevant experience, but he sometimes sounds a bit credulous. He gave this[2] interview in English in which he details some of his personal experiences.
