I would say the problem here is stupid laws putting people in jail for being in possession of drugs for personal consumption. I think it's a separate concern.
- roflyear 4y agoLaws are a political thing not a justice system thing. The justice system enforces the laws and penalties. I guess they can choose not to enforce laws, but again, politics....
