In my experience there, PIPing wasn't any more aggressive than anywhere else I've worked. The fighting was certainly real, though.

- madrox 4y agoI remember when that memo leaked. I was an EM at Amazon, and that wasn't my experience. I didn't feel any more pressure to PIP there than anywhere else. Maybe I wasn't there long enough to feel it.
