It's hard to put a finger on why I have a hard time liking Lex but this comment does a pretty good job of elucidating my thoughts. He gets guests I like and topics I enjoy but I can't watch very much before I get frustrated at some of the inane or childish questions he asks. You hit the nail on the head with, "straddles the edge of being a fake guru" and I'm honestly surprised at how many people here find him genuine and authentic. I really want to like the guy but I just get a slimy vibe from him, like he thinks too highly of himself or something...
