  No. /new is a route on his webserver, which when clicked sends them to a web-based IDE, primed and ready to go with their set of dotfiles & configuration, namely, https://github.com/ghuntley/new https://github.com/ghuntley/new

        I just told you everything else involved. The url is just an entrypoint into the actual system. We dont judge a whole house by it's front door.
