Yeah, good advice would provide insight into why it is hard. I am not sure the linked article succeeds. One insight I have had lately is that some people struggle to write because their brains are not "wired" in the right way to make it easy. It would be good if we didn't shame ourselves and others about a lack of progress and instead accepting that it might just require more effort to do some tasks for some people.
