Interesting takeaway: > The increase in abortion was accompanied by a 6% decline in births between 2017 and 2020. Because there were many more births (3.6 million) than abortions (930,000) in 2020, these patterns mean that fewer people were getting pregnant and, among those who did, a larger proportion chose to have an abortion. Something to keep in mind is half of pregnancies each year, both in the US and globally, are unintended. - bediger4000 4y agoWait I thought that trying to increase white population by banning abortion was a revisionist view.
- wfhordie 4y agoIt is, and it’s an about face from when the racists were pro-abortion because black mothers were accessing them.
- dane-pgp 4y ago> "from 2017 to 2020" ... "Reversing a 30-Year Decline" Does that mean that Trump, far from being pro-life, was actually the most anti-life president ever?
- wfhordie 4y agoI don’t think there was ever any doubt. He certainly funded, personally, many abortions throughout his life.
